A UPAEP (Universidad Popular Autónoma del Estado de Puebla) é um time de basquete profissional mexicano sediado em Cholula, Puebla. A equipe compete na Liga Nacional de Baloncesto Profesional (LNBP).

A UPAEP foi fundada em 1938 e começou a jogar basquete em 1948. A equipe venceu seu primeiro campeonato nacional em 1995 e conquistou mais cinco títulos em 1998, 2000, 2001, 2004 e 2005. A UPAEP também venceu três campeonatos da Copa México em 1996, 1997 e 2000.

A UPAEP é uma das equipes mais bem-sucedidas do basquete mexicano e é conhecida por seu estilo de jogo rápido e ofensivo. A equipe também é conhecida por sua forte torcida, que é considerada uma das melhores do país.

As cores oficiais da UPAEP são o azul e o branco. O mascote da equipe é o Lobo.
