O Cayirova é um clube de basquete profissional turco sediado em Cayirova, Istambul. O clube foi fundado em 1985 e atualmente compete na Liga Turca de Basquetebol (TBL), a liga de basquetebol de primeira divisão da Turquia.

A casa do Cayirova é o Ginásio de Esportes de Cayirova, com capacidade para 3.500 pessoas. O clube é conhecido por sua forte base de fãs e por sua história de sucesso no basquetebol turco.

O Cayirova conquistou o Campeonato Turco de Basquetebol uma vez, em 1998, e a Copa da Turquia de Basquetebol duas vezes, em 1996 e 2000. O clube também participou de várias competições europeias, incluindo a Euroliga e a Copa Saporta.
