Ipswich City Football Club is a football club from Ipswich, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. It currently competes in Football Brisbane – Capital League. "The Bulls" local rivals are Ipswich Knights and Western Spirit. The club formed in 1975 with five teams and 70 players, drawn from all parts of Ipswich City, although most of them come from Leichhardt and the Brassall area.

The intention was to provide an avenue for people living in the north western side of Ipswich to compete in Football. The Club headquartered at Sutton Park, entered the Brisbane Junior Football Association competition for the first time in 1975. The first three years saw an increase in player numbers to two ladies teams, 15 junior and one colts (senior division) team and about 200 players.

Their greatest ever player, Norbert Duga "The Angry Hungarian", is currently the club's first team coach. He retired as a player after a very decorated career that included lifting the Brisbane Division 2 Premiership and Grand Final trophies in 2009.

In 2023 it was announced that Ipswich City and Western Pride would merge ahead of the 2024 season, with the new club being called Ipswich FC.

O Ipswich City foi fundado em 1958 e disputou a Brisbane Premier League, a principal liga de futebol de Queensland na época, na década de 1960. O clube venceu a Brisbane Premier League em cinco ocasiões, em 1963, 1964, 1965, 1966 e 1970.

Na década de 1970, o Ipswich City competiu na National Soccer League, a principal liga de futebol da Austrália na época. O clube disputou a National Soccer League durante 12 temporadas, de 1977 a 1988. O melhor resultado do Ipswich City na National Soccer League foi o quinto lugar em 1983.

Após a extinção da National Soccer League em 2004, o Ipswich City passou a competir na National Premier Leagues Queensland. O clube venceu a National Premier Leagues Queensland em duas ocasiões, em 2013 e 2015.

O Ipswich City também competiu na FFA Cup, a principal copa de futebol da Austrália. O clube chegou às quartas de final da FFA Cup em 2014 e 2015.

O Ipswich City tem uma rivalidade de longa data com o Brisbane Roar, o principal clube de futebol de Queensland. As duas equipes se enfrentam regularmente na National Premier Leagues Queensland e na FFA Cup.
